The Ployer bakery has been supplying the Innviertel with fresh baked goods for more than 120 years. Our company is traditionally handcrafted. You can taste the difference immediately! Various Austrian coffee specialties and the best home-made pastries are offered in the small café. In summer, you can use the cozy terrace, where you can enjoy the sun's rays under the open sky undisturbed and also experience a magnificent view of Burghausen's old town and the longest castle in the world.
