Burghausen as a conference location

With its characteristic blend of the traditional and modern, Burghausen is the perfect location for your conference or event.
The community centre in the new town, the assembly rooms in the heritage-protected old town and the rooms in the world's longest castle have space for up to 1640 guests for conferences, receptions or parties.
Another highlight is SV Wacker's arena, which is also available to hire for events, conferences and concerts. It has space for up to 7000 people.
There's plenty to enjoy – rooms with modern furnishings in a historic setting, a wide variety of extra activities and great food.

Conference locations & function rooms

Assembly room

You can hire the assembly room in the historic old town for conferences, parties and receptions.
In addition to the large assembly room, which can seat up to 600 people depending on the configuration, smaller premises are also available such as the Helmbrecht room, the Salzach room and the bar.
The entire assembly room has space for almost 1000 people.

Community Centre

The community centre is situated in the heart of the new town. In addition to the large citizens' hall and garden hall, there are also seminar rooms with areas of 25 and 50 m2.
A detailed room overview with seating plans and hire information can be obtained directly from the community centre.
In total, the community centre has space for up to 470 people.

TUM Science & Study Center Raitenhaslach is the ideal place for university, interdisciplinary and international interaction in historical surroundings. The Science & Study Center is not only open to TUM members, but also to external users.

World's longest castle

The world's longest castle provides the perfect backdrop for parties, receptions and concerts.
The heated room a historic vaulted hall, is situated on the first floor of the main castle and can be used for cocktail receptions, banquets or presentations. There is room for up to 200 people here.
The Gothic hall in the main castle is suitable for receptions with up to 100 people, adding a real touch of flair.
